How to Make the Best Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
•All-Purpose Flour
•Salt
•Baking Powder
•Baking Soda
•Dark Brown Sugar
•Granulated Sugar
•Egg
•Unsalted Butter, melted
•Sourdough Discard
•Vanilla Extract
•Chocolate, roughly chopped

1. Mix Dry Ingredients
Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Set aside.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, mix the melted butter, sourdough discard, egg, vanilla extract, and sugars together until thickened.

Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet batter and mix until most of the flour is incorporated.

Add the roughly chopped chocolate to the bowl and use a spatula to fold it in until distributed evenly.
