Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC). Brush tops with cream and a sprinkle of sugar.
Then, lower to 400ºF (204ºC) and bake for 21-23 minutes or until the scones are dark golden brown.
To make the strawberry glaze, pulverize freeze-dried strawberries into a powder and mix with powdered sugar and heavy cream.
Drizzle on top of the scones!
